I’m sorry that we haven’t updated the blog in a while. It’s been super crazy here at the studio and I have all of you to thank for it. With your support and referrals we have been keeping extremely busy! As the year starts to wind down, I should have some more time to catch up on blogging! This workshop is for beginner dSLR users that want to get out of Auto and start taking more control over their photographs.

If you want to improve your vacation photos, understand what the camera is doing, or know why you have problems taking certain pictures, this is a great workshop for you.

We give you the tools you need to get better photographs in an easy to learn format. We ensure a very large portion of this workshop is hands on so that you can practice these skills immediately!

Bring your own lunch for this 6 hour workshop in addition to the camera equipment you own. We recommend that you bring your User Manual for your camera as well.

Vancouver Videographer visits Top in Town Pizza

We were introduced to Sarbjit of Top in Town Pizza in Surrey a while ago. He was looking to have a commercial made that would highlight his fresh ingredients in a 30 second time slot. After months of planning and refining of a storyboard, we set off to shoot the video.

The entire production didn’t go as planned, and we had to be quick and on the ball to readjust to the changes that happened. We came up with a new game plan on the spot and in the end, came up with this ad.

If you have a chance, visit Top in Town Pizza in Surrey. They have REALLY good pizza.

Jewel and Loi | A UBC Engagement Session

It’s a rare occasion that we get to photograph at UBC. Jewel and Loi wanted their session there and we were happy to oblige. The day was bright and skies were clear as could be. Of course any photographer can tell you, this can present challenges at times, but we had a great time and made use of all that Mother Nature gave us in this great city of ours.

Evan Mark | Vancouver Baby Photographer

A little while ago we photographed Michelle and Damian’s maternity photos. Not too long ago, we went to their household where they greeted us with their newborn treasure Evan. As they are participating in our Baby’s First Year program, you will be seeing Evan’s growth process over the year!

Justin and Krystle wanted to have their engagement at Whytecliff park out near Horseshoe bay. It was a really bright day out of the many gloomy days surrounding their selected date so we were happy to have Mr. Sun make an appearance. Can’t wait until the wedding!

Auleene and Alberto | Vancouver Engagement Photos

Auleene and Alberto are scheduled to get married this weekend. Just recently we did their engagement session at Playland in Vancouver.

The weather was a little cold and windy, but we made it work. Cloudy days always help make for great lighting for photos. I just wish there was some breakage in the sky for some more epic cloud pics. Oh well.

Video | 94 Canucks Signing at the River Rock

We were asked to come out to the River Rock Casino in the later part of May to video an event that would see hundreds of avid Canucks fans come and participate in. The 1994 Canucks were in the building lead by Captain Kirk McClean. They were there to sign autographs and great the loyal Vancouver fans.

Even the Canucks NSX from BlitzGear made an appearance!
